Registration

The admission process begins with the registration of the child. Registration for admission is offered in the month of October to January every year. The Academic Year starts at the beginning of January and finishes at the end of December. A Registration Fee will be applicable for all registrations. Other fees payable upon registration are: Monthly School fee, Term Fee (Educational Materials, School Uniform, Advance Fee for December and Miscellaneous) and Insurance.

Once the registration form together with all required payments has been submitted, the child’s name is entered in the admission register and is allowed to join the class.

An advance of a months’ school fee is payable upon registration; thereafter, the monthly school fees are to be paid in the first week of each following month. This is payable for all twelve calendar months. The school has the discretion to review and increase the school fees and all other fees, charges and deposits.


School Term:
AzZahra Kids academic year is divided into two terms:
First term – January to June
Second term – July to December


Exact dates for the beginning to the end of the term vary from year to year and parents are informed accordingly. The office can be contacted for further information.

AzZahra Kids Centre has a five-day schooling week (Monday to Friday). The office is open daily from Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm).

In addition to weekend and gazette holiday, the AzZahra Kids Centre has two ‘Mid-term school breaks’ of one week each, one ‘Mid-year school break’ and one ‘Year-end school break’ of two weeks each.
